Add all of the ingredients to the instant pot in the order listed in the recipe. Do not stir.
Put the lid on the instant pot and set it on high pressure for 4 minutes. When the time is up leave under pressure for another 4 minutes and then do a quick release.
Remove the lid, stir together and serve garnished with the remaining basil.
